Infoscanner provides one convenient support channel to respond to your inquiries in a timely manner, and get you all the help you need. In addition to our responsive support team, we offer proactive assistance to all of our enterprise customers.

Standard support

Infoscanner offers email-based, reactive, support for all customers. Cases are generally worked on M-F, 8am - 8pm ET (excluding all major US holidays) and are processed based on severity and the order in which they are received to ensure you receive timely comprehensive service.

Enterprise support

In addition to the reactive support channel described above, Infoscanner’ enterprise plans include bespoke assistance from a dedicated customer success manager who will serve as a primary point of contact for coordination of all PDL resources and an extension of your team.
